Have you ever been sitting in your car thinking of the true goodness of God and all that He's brought you through? Yes, that's very "churchy" but the reality is...God has kept us through a lot in just the past few years. Think

about it...a pandemic, social injustice, personal issues...and yet, we're still here breathing and kicking. I've been married for about 2 going on 3 months now. and a father for 6 weeks. Let me tell you...the ways that the Devil tried to win in just that wedding week alone was absurd...from car accidents to pulled groins...a whole mess as my wife would say.

I just continue to thank God as I learn more and more how to be the husband and father God has called me to be.

God, I thank you. When I think about all that my wife and I have been through in the past two months...the only verse I can think of is John 13:7.

"You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand."
